Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory meets Jumanji.
Synopsis:
Due to corporate espionage, eccentric, genius, candy maker Willy Wonka closes his factory. He travels in search of himself and a way to get his business back on track. He finds friends along the way and their travels eventually lead them to the mysterious island of Loompaland.
A place practically made of delicious ingredients, but also swarming with dangerous beasts, not least of all the Vermicious Knid.
Amidst the danger Wonka finds everything he's ever wanted and is about to live happily ever after, that is, until his hubris puts everyone's lives in danger.

Scribed in May 2018, I was planning to pitch Wonka (a prequel) to Warner Bros. however in early 2021, I found out they already had the exact same idea in pre production. Currently being reworked as a Tv series, working title; "The Gourmet Age".
